Differential pressure ∆p-c

The required differential pressure is kept at a contact level within the permissible flow range to set the differential pressure up to the maximum characteristic.

Venting function

During the commissioning of the system, it is advised to vent properly. A helpful tool is the venting function. During this routine, the pump will move and stop the fluid in the system. Herewith most of the remaining air in the system is transported to the air vents in the system.

Differential pressure variable ∆p-v

The desired differential pressure is increased linearly between ½ H and 6 H within the permissible flow range. This type of regulation is mostly used in an installation with only radiators to reduce the noise of water flowing through the system. Wilo does not recommend this type of regulation for underfloor heating systems.
